Delete Your Account

Waitlist Hero by Star Hero AI LLC

You can permanently delete your Waitlist Hero account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1: Delete in the App

  1. Open Waitlist Hero and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Account (tap your profile icon or go to the Account tab).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Delete Account" section.
  4. Type delete my account to confirm.
  5. Tap "Permanently delete".

Option 2: Request via Support

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion through our support page. Choose the "Account & privacy" category and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile (email, password hash, preferences)
  • All studio connections and stored authentication tokens
  • Saved studio credentials (if auto-reconnect was enabled)
  • All watch history and audit event logs
  • Notification preferences and push device registrations
  • Billing history, credit balance, and held credits
  • Any active watches and their associated EventBridge schedules

What Data Is Retained

  • Stripe payment records: Transaction history is retained by Stripe (our payment processor) per their data retention policies and legal requirements. You can contact Stripe directly to request deletion of your payment data.
  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement. These cannot be linked back to your account.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. All data is permanently removed.
  • Any unused credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded upon deletion.
  • Active watches are cancelled immediately. If a booking is currently in progress, it may still complete before deletion takes effect.
  • Classes already booked at your studio are not affected. You must cancel those directly through your studio.
