A watch monitors one specific class for availability. When you create a watch, we start checking that class every minute until a spot opens, the class starts, or you cancel.
Yes, anytime before a credit is used. A credit is consumed when a spot is successfully booked (in auto-book mode) or when a spot is found and you're notified (in notify-first mode). If you cancel before that, no credit is used.
